Our team at HospiceMatch is excited to announce our partnership with the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC), enabling us to better support patients and agencies!

The new collaboration enables HospiceMatch network members to receive preferred pricing on ACHC Hospice and Palliative Care Accreditation or Telehealth Certification. Discounts are also available on select resources offered by ACHCU, the education division of ACHC.
In addition, providers accredited by ACHC are eligible for special pricing on HospiceMatch services and admission tools.
